Name: Thomas Ruderman

Position: Co-Owner / Head BJJ and Grappling Instructor

About: Originally from Brighton, England, Thomas found himself landing in Melbourne in 2008, after having spent a few years in Boston, USA as a teenager.

Thomas has trained in many disciplines including boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Freestyle Wrestling, Combat Sambo and BJJ - across Australia, Japan, UK and the USA.

He spent many years training full time and had multiple Professional MMA fights under Team Nemesis MMA, with one of them capturing the IKBF MMA VIC State Championship belt. Unfortunately injuries ruled him out of continuing and his final fight was in 2012. 

In 2019 Thomas was awarded his BJJ Black belt by his coach (since 2009) and owner of DKMMA Denis Kelly.
